SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping will be charged per Australia Post flat rate and will be calculated and added in your cart. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $200.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: Kalindi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take a relevant photo and save all packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Kalindi pieces and feel confident in your purchase. 

We also understand that finding the perfect swimwear size online can be tricky. That's why we're proud to offer a 'Free Size Exchange' service.  If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges:

Faulty Items – Refund or Exchange: If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’re truly sorry. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange.

    •    Kalindi will cover the return shipping costs back to us.

    •    Kalindi will also cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us on returns@kalindi.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with order number as proof of purchase AND clear photos and description of the issue. Item must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags and hygiene liners still intact. Free from any marks, stains or odours such as deodorants, perfumes, tans, sunscreens. 

Wrong Size – Free Size Exchange: Ordered the wrong size? We’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as a store credit or a refund.

    •    The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to Kalindi.

    •    Kalindi will cover the shipping cost to send the new size back to the customer.

    •    ONE FREE size exchange per eligible swimwear item.

Please ensure items are returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, condition with tags and hygiene liners still intact. Kalindi has the right to decline any exchange or return if the items are found to be soiled, damaged or not in their original condition.

Change of Mind – Refund Only: If you’ve had a change of heart, we can offer a refund under the following conditions:

    •    The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

    •    Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected by our team.

Please ensure items are returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags and hygiene liners still intact. Free from any marks, stains or odours such as deodorants, perfumes, tans, sunscreens.

Kalindi items marked as SALE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for a Return, Refund or Exchange, unless faulty.

Kalindi was created by two lifelong girlfriends on a mission to feel good in swimwear again. We spent years searching for swimmers that supported our ever-changing bodies.

Each piece is designed using Australian standard sizing, with extra room in key areas to enhance your natural shape. Fabrics are thick, supportive, and provide a comfortable fit. If you prefer a more compressive feel, size down.

As lovers of our planet, we are committed to making better choices. At Kalindi our swimwear is sustainably made and consciously created using recycled fabrics.

All our swim pieces are made with:

76% recycled Nylon (ECONYL) and 24% recycled spandex

ECONYL is a regenerated nylon made from recycled fabrics like fishing net and pre and post production plastic waste. It is a sustainable alternative to traditional nylon. Econyl can be recycled indefinitely.

To reduce overproduction and waste, all of our swimwear is made in small, carefully planned batches. Because of this, styles may sell out and stocks are limited.

Kalindi swim is proudly designed in Australia, with every piece crafted in close collaboration with a highly reputable, female led manufacturer in China.

We have paired with a team that shares our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship, ethical production and working conditions and fair wages.

Swimsuit Care Instructions

KALINDI SWIMSUITS ARE CRAFTED WITH PREMIUM, THICK FABRICS THAT OFFER SCULPTED SUPPORT.

TO PRESERVE THEIR SHAPE AND QUALITY, WE RECOMMEND LAYING THEM FLAT TO DRY. THEY MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER, BUT THEY'RE WORTH THE WAIT.

To ensure the longevity and quality of your swimsuit, please follow these simple care instructions:

1. Rinse After Use: Rinse your swimsuit with cold water immediately after swimming to remove chlorine, salt, and other chemicals.
2. Hand Wash Only: Gently hand wash your swimsuit with mild soap or a gentle detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
3. Avoid Wringing: Do not wring or twist your swimsuit to remove excess water. Instead, gently squeeze out the water and lay it flat on a towel to dry.
4. Dry in Shade: Lay your swimsuit flat to dry in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the colors to fade and the fabric to deteriorate.
5. Avoid Heat: Do not use a dryer or iron on your swimsuit. High heat can damage the fabric and elastic.
6. Rotate Swimsuits: If you swim frequently, rotate between multiple swimsuits to reduce wear and tear on any single suit.
7. Store Properly: Store your swimsuit in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in a damp towel or plastic bag for extended periods.

By following these care instructions, you can keep your swimsuit looking great and lasting longer.
